Raina Beckett, Occupational Therapist
Raina Beckett holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Transylvania University in Lexington, KY. She found her passion to serve others through occupational therapy and graduated from Messiah University with her master’s degree in occupational therapy. Raina has now enjoyed working in the outpatient pediatric setting, elementary classrooms, pre-schools and early intervention therapy.
Raina has received advanced training in motor planning and sensory integration. She has enjoyed using the SOS approach to feeding which helps children widen their food choices in a positive playful way. Raina has also begun training in the social-emotional play therapy model, DIR/Floortime. All of Raina’s skills and trainings help her to provide skilled, individualized therapy specific to the needs of each individual child and family.
Raina enjoys spending time on the Yellow Breeches in the summer and hiking with her family throughout central PA. She strives to enhance community involvement through her dedication to volunteering with Operation Wildcat in Mechanicsburg and in her spare time she enjoys cheering for her children at sports events and reading.

Alyssa Bozym, Speech Therapist
Alyssa graduated from Duquesne University with her B.S. in Health Sciences in 2022, and continued at Duquesne to earn her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology in 2023. Alyssa’s clinical experience includes working with toddlers, school-aged children, and adolescents. Alyssa has clinical experience in an outpatient pediatric setting where she has worked with children experiencing behavioral challenges. She additionally has experience in a school-setting which included working with an interprofessional team of counselors, educators, and specialists. Alyssa’s clinical experiences consisted of several pediatric populations including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), autism spectrum disorder, articulation disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, developmental delays, expressive and receptive language delays, fluency, social communication disorders, and voice disorders. She additionally has extensive training in the use of Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP). Alyssa loves to build strong connections with the children she works with and apply their likes/interests into therapy to make it fun and functional. She believes that building strong rapport with patients is the key to successful and meaningful therapy. Outside of work, Alyssa likes to play music on guitar, trumpet, or piano. She also enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her family.

Cydney Crissman
Cydney Crissman earned both her B.S. (2023) and M.S. (2025) in Speech-Language Pathology from Bloomsburg University, along with a minor in Special Education. She has experience working with clients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations across school, clinic, and rehabilitation settings. Her clinical background includes addressing articulation, language, fluency, childhood apraxia of speech, AAC, phonological disorders, aphasia, cognitive deficits, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Cydney is passionate about fostering open communication, building strong partnerships, and creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment that supports each individual’s success. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs, spending time with friends and family, and embracing all things fall related!

Grace Frymoyer, COTA
Grace is a certified occupational therapy assistant who earned her degree from Central Penn College. Following her clinical fieldwork in outpatient pediatric and adult rehabilitation, Grace transitioned to the school setting. There, she worked with students ages K-12 with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, visual impairments, traumatic brain injury, emotional disturbances, multiple disabilities, etc. In this role, her areas of focus included adaptive approaches to handwriting and fine motor tasks, assistive technology recommendations and education, community-based and pre-vocational intervention for high school students, executive function and attention supports, and sensory programming and advocacy. Grace also draws from her experience as a COTA within the subacute setting, promoting accessibility and participation for medically complex individuals.
Above all, Grace seeks to deliver compassionate, informed, and student-centered services that promote students’ thriving at school! She loves working closely with teachers, parents/caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support her students’ success.
Outside of work, you might find Grace out running, watercolor painting, hanging out with family and friends, or cuddling with her tabby cat, Tito!goes here

Emily Georgia, Occupational Therapist
Emily graduated from Duquesne University with her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. Emily implemented a class for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities focused on facilitating and maintaining friendships and intimate relationships for her doctoral capstone project. Emily has fieldwork experience in school-based, community-based and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Emily has work experience in inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient pediatrics. Emily loves individualizing her sessions to her students' interests and takes a neurodiversity-affirming approach in her practice.
In her free time, Emily stays busy by taking care of her puppy, Honey, and planning her wedding with her fiancé, Tim. Emily’s favorite leisure occupations outside of work are reading, spending time with loved ones and traveling.

Hailey Gray, COTA
Hailey graduated from Central Penn College in 2024 with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
Her clinical experience includes providing occupational therapy services in outpatient pediatric clinics, schools, and home health settings. She has enjoyed working with children of all ages and abilities, supporting their growth and independence through meaningful activities and individualized interventions.
She believes that every child grows and learns in their own unique way, and that adapting to each child’s environment is key to fostering progress. Her philosophy is that, just as no two flowers look the same, no two children develop in the exact same way—and that diversity is a strength to be celebrated.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, hiking, fishing, and camping. She also has a love of plants, an 11-year-old goldfish, and enjoys exploring caves with her husband, who is pursuing a career in special education.

Leah Heisler, Speech Therapist
Leah graduated from the University of Delaware in 2021 with bachelor's degrees in Cognitive Science and Spanish Studies and a minor in Disability Studies. She then attended the University of Arizona, where she earned her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2023. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan and has clinical experience in inpatient, acute rehabilitation, outpatient, and public-school settings. Her interests include motor speech, language, bilingualism, cognition, and swallowing. Leah forms meaningful relationships with her clients and uses an individualized, patient-centered approach to therapy.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and family. She likes playing and watching sports (including soccer and the Baltimore Ravens), as well as spending time outside.

Bretany Jones, Speech Therapist
Bretany received her undergraduate degree from James Madison University and her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from West Virginia University. Before working in the schools with Skybound, Bretany worked in an outpatient clinic for 2 years. There she served children ages 9 months to 17 years old. She has experience in the areas of AAC, articulation/phonological disorder, fluency disorder, autism spectrum disorder, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and expressive and receptive language disorders. Bretany’s favorite part about SLP is meeting her students where they are and watching them grow in skill and confidence.
As an Army Brat, Bretany has lived in 10 states. In her free time, she loves to read, travel, and try new restaurants and coffee shops. Bretany also enjoys spending time with her 2 cats, 2 dogs, 6 chickens and 2 ducks.

Keelea Kromer, Occupational Therapist
Keelea earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Science with a minor in Children & Youth Services from Messiah University and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Milligan University. During her graduate year, she completed research on the impact of vestibular rehabilitation on infants diagnosed with torticollis.
Keelea has experience working with individuals across the lifespan but is particularly passionate about working with children. She has previously worked in pediatrics as a daycare teacher and as a direct support professional for a respite care center. After completing her Level II fieldwork placement at Pediatric Movement Center, Keelea knew she wanted to pursue a career in pediatrics and continue to empower children and their families.
In her free time, Keelea enjoys traveling to new places, being outdoors, reading, and spending time with her friends, family, and her fox red lab, Kelce.

Katie Seiger, Speech Therapist
Katie graduated from Duquesne University with her B.S. in Health Sciences in 2020, and continued at Duquesne to earn her M.S. in Speech Language Pathology in 2021.
Katie’s clinical experience includes working with clients from preschool to geriatric age. She has enjoyed gaining experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, aphasia, dysphagia, articulation disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, and stuttering.
Katie believes that relationship building is a strong proponent of success and progress in early intervention, and loves to involve parents, siblings, carepartners, etc. into her therapy. She believes that positive interactions create strong pathways for success.
In addition to providing school-based therapy services, Katie also provides therapy in the homes for the 0-3 population with Early Bird Therapy.
Outside of work, Katie likes to watch sports, host dinner parties, spend time with family, read books, and peruse local markets.

Alana Stugart, Physical Therapist
Alana received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University and her doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from Drexel University. During her graduate studies, she helped launch an integrative yoga program for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder within the Bucks County Intermediate Unit. She has clinical experience in orthopedics, inpatient neurological rehabilitation, and pediatrics across multiple different settings. However, she now focuses on pediatrics in the early intervention and outpatient settings.
Alana has been working in pediatrics since graduation. She has experience working with children with developmental delays, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Autism Spectrum Disorder, among other pediatric diagnoses. Alana is a firm believer in making therapy fun through purposeful play and creative interventions!
In her free time, Alana enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially living up to the “fun aunt” title she holds with her nephew. She loves spending time outdoors and exploring areas around her new home in the greater Harrisburg area.

Sue West, Occupational Therapist
Susan holds a bachelor's degree in Human Sports and Performance, along with master's degrees in Occupational Therapy from West Virginia University. With 17 years dedicated to the field of pediatrics and a cumulative 31 years of experience in occupational therapy, Susan's focus in pediatrics has primarily been within the school system, catering to a diverse range of diagnoses.
Specializing in working with children of all ages with Autism or an autism spectrum disorder, as well as behavioral health issues, Susan has amassed considerable expertise. Over the course of her occupational therapy career, Susan has supervised both Level I and Level II OT students, in addition to overseeing licensed and employed COTA/L's.
Certified as a facility dog handler for Susquehanna Service Dogs and Alliance Therapy Dogs, Susan incorporates animal-assisted therapy into her practice. Presently, she owns her personal therapy dog through Alliance Therapy Dogs. In the past, Susan engaged in part-time work delivering therapeutic interventions for Cyber School students.
Notably, Susan has contributed to the professional development of educators within the CAIU, Messiah College, and has spoken to students from Elizabethtown College at a POTA conference held at Penn State University on the topic of Interoceptive Awareness. Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional growth, Susan actively enrolls in coursework to further enhance her skills in areas such as sign language, Autism, Behavior Health, Reading Disabilities, Driver’s Rehabilitation, Program Development, and education.
